Mexichem Resinas Colombia is the Mexichem´ s business unit responsible for managing the production and commercialisation of vinyl resins in Colombia. It operates three modern plants established in the city of Cartagena, with an installed capacity of 400,000 metric tons of PVC per year. Its product portfolio includes both PVC commodities and a complete repertory of
vinyl specialties.

Mexichem Resinas Colombia currently supplies more 90% of the Colombian market and nearly 60% of its production is destined for export sales. Its leadership in the Latin American vinyl industry consolidates more than four decades of successful performance in the production and export of PVC, forged by the former company PETCO from 1965.
